Privacy Policy

The documents you upload, the application and consulate you select, and the name and email address you give us at checkout.

Technical information about your visit: the page you arrived on, the referrer, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and a Google click identifier when one is present. We use this to understand which channels bring us customers.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store them.

Your files are stored in a private bucket that is not reachable from the public internet. They are opened by two groups of people: our own staff reviewing the order, and the sworn translator appointed to produce the translation, who accesses them through a link that expires.

Translators are bound by professional confidentiality and by a written agreement with us covering the handling of your documents.

Ordinary documents are deleted 30 days after your order is completed.

Criminal record documents are deleted as soon as the translation has been delivered. Spanish data protection law treats data relating to criminal offences and convictions as a restricted category, and we do not keep it at rest any longer than the work requires.

Order records themselves — what was translated, what it cost, when it was delivered — are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@juranza.com. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

We store campaign attribution in your browser so that an order can be connected to the link that brought you here. Analytics and advertising scripts load only when they are configured, and they are named in this policy when they are.
