We arrange sworn translations into Spanish, produced and signed by translators officially appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The translator, not us, certifies the translation and carries professional responsibility for it.

We are a translation service, not a law firm. Our assessment of which documents need translating is based on requirements published by Spanish authorities at the time of your order. Those requirements change, and the office receiving your application has the final say. Nothing we tell you is legal advice.

Prices are shown in euros and are final: All prices include Spanish VAT at 21%. Nothing is added after you have paid.

Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. Work begins once payment has cleared.

Delivery times run from the moment payment clears, not from the moment you upload. They are working estimates, and we will tell you as soon as we know if something will take longer.

Translations are delivered as a PDF signed with a qualified electronic certificate. Editing or re-saving that file invalidates the signature, and a replacement is your responsibility to request.

You confirm that you are entitled to send us the documents you upload, and that they relate to you or to someone who has asked you to act for them.

We translate what you send. If a document is illegible, incomplete or not what it was identified as, we will contact you before proceeding.

If a translation contains an error made by us or by the translator, we correct it at no charge. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us with your order reference to request cancellation or a refund. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable; starting the translation does not automatically remove those rights.

Rejection of your application by a Spanish authority for reasons unconnected to the translation is not grounds for a refund.
